Self-Propelled Hydraulic Module Multiple Axle Trailer
Self-propelled hydraulic module trailer (SPMT) is a special
transport vehicle with complex functions, which integrates
mechanical, electric and hydraulic systems,composed of multiple
axle.
SPMT vehicle adopts electronic control hydrostatic drive system,
electronic control hydraulic elevator system suspended, all-wheel
independent steering hydraulic leveling, frame and support
technologies such as 3/4, can realize carpooling transport load
function, and drive, lifting and steering system functions are
controlled by bus connection micro processing unit.
Due to its high mobility, flexible steering, good coordination and
low requirements for the use of the environment, SPMT is especially
suitable for equipment transfer on the engineering site and long
and short distance transportation of segmentalized and large total
sections. It has been widely used in the shipbuilding process and
cannot be replaced by other means of transportation.
SPMT adopts static pressure drive system, the drive system includes
a diesel engine and a hydraulic oil pump connected with the drive,
steering and lifting systems. Adjustable axial piston pump acts on
the piston motor installed on the drive shaft, and has an
electronic control system to improve the efficiency and safety of
the drive system.
The SPMT drive system works in a closed loop, and its control and
regulation function is the same as that of the automatic
transmission system, so it is impossible to have diesel engine
overload or unexpected shutdown when the vehicle is running. The
speed of the diesel engine is adjusted by the accelerator pedal,
and the amount of hydraulic oil that drives the pump is
automatically adjusted according to the speed of the diesel engine.
Accordingly, the gear ratio between the driving pump and different
hydraulic motors will also change, thus changing the walking speed.
Self-propelled hydraulic flat trailer(SPMT) is equipped with
electronic overspeed safety protection device to prevent the
vehicle running on slippery ground or when the drive suspension
loses traction hydraulic motor overspeed and out of gear with other
hydraulic motors, the device can also act as an independent locking
device to prevent the movement of a single drive wheel.
